People run and participate in events for a variety of reasons, whether ‘just for fun’ or to pursue that never-ending quest for personal best times. Here in Asia there are a wide variety of events to challenge us: from locally organised 5km fun runs and walks to adventure races, triathlons, marathons and even ultra marathons!

You might be an experienced competitor on the regional events scene and want to improve your technique and keep up to date with training tips. Our aim is that Asia Runner can offer something for everyone.
